Nia
Your companion through parenthood
A warm, non-judgemental companion here to listen and help you think things through, at your pace.
The clinical thinking behind Nia
Built with Dr Catherine Corker
Nia's instincts are built on the clinical thinking of Dr Catherine Corker, an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist. Her work shapes how Nia listens, when she gently asks more and when she holds back, and how she recognises the moment something needs more than a chat.
Dr Corker is not in your conversations, and Nia is not therapy. What her involvement means is simpler: the way Nia supports you is grounded in real clinical experience of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood, including knowing exactly where a companion should stop and real-world care should begin.
That boundary is a feature, not a small print. A companion who knows her limits is a safer companion to lean on.
