Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account page. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period, then move back to Basic.
What counts as a conversation?
Each message you send to Catherine counts as one. On Basic you get 10 per day; on Premium you get unlimited (subject to a fair-use policy of 5,000 per month — well above typical usage).
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're unhappy in the first 14 days, email hello@helpfound.com and we'll refund the most recent month. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade to Premium anytime from your account page. If you cancel Premium, you keep access until the end of your billing period and then move to Basic.
Is HelpFound a replacement for therapy?
No. Catherine is not a therapist, doctor, or crisis service. She offers calm emotional support and guided self-help. When professional support is needed, we signpost to accredited therapists and the NHS.
What's the fair-use policy?
Premium is unlimited for normal personal use. We apply a fair-use limit of 5,000 conversations per month to prevent abuse. If you're approaching this, you'll see a gentle in-app reminder. Full details in our Terms.
