Yes. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account page. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.

You get a 7-day free trial with 80 messages to try Nia. When the trial ends, or you're ready for unlimited conversations, you can upgrade to Premium.

Yes. If you change your mind within 14 days of a payment, email support@helpfound.com and we'll refund it, whether or not you've used Nia. On a monthly plan that's the full month; on an annual plan we refund the unused part of your year, worked out pro-rata. Full details are in our Terms.

No. Nia is an AI companion, not a therapist, doctor or crisis service. She offers warm, judgement-free support for pregnancy and early parenthood. When professional support is needed, we signpost to NHS perinatal services and accredited therapists.

Premium is unlimited for normal personal use, with a fair-use policy to prevent abuse. The limit sits well above everyday use, so you're very unlikely to notice it. Full details in our Terms.
