Is HelpFound free to use?
HelpFound starts with a 7-day free trial. Premium is £9.99/month or £79.99/year for unlimited conversations under our fair-use policy, full history and priority support.
Is Nia a real person?
Nia is an AI companion designed to offer warm, judgement-free support for pregnancy and early parenthood. She is not a human, therapist or doctor.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your conversations are private and secure. We take your privacy seriously and never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I cancel my Premium subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
What if I'm in crisis?
Nia is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger call 999. For urgent mental health support call NHS 111 or Samaritans on 116 123.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by emailing support@helpfound.com. We'll process your request within 30 days.
